Overview

Maze Engineering were asked to provide a high-end exposed CAT B installation for OSF.

Maze Engineering were asked to provide a high-end exposed CAT B installation for OSF. Due to spatial constraints and heavily congested high-level service void we had to use 3D modelling for full co-ordination with regular workshops with the client and project team to ensure we could fit in all services whilst maintaining an aesthetically appealing install.

The challenge

Spatial constraints and a heavily congested high-level service void demanded full 3D modelling and weekly coordination workshops with the client and project team — every service had to fit, perform, and look beautiful.

The outcome

An aesthetically appealing exposed install that doubles as the architectural language of the floor. Delivered to programme with zero clashes on site.
