CAT A fit out over 9 Floors, plus a roof terrace/bar. 8 Floors of ceiling mounted fan coils, grill mounted within SAS ceiling tiles and which also contain surface mounted linear light fittings, Each floor has individual MVHR units providing fresh air and extract ventilation to all Floors. Toilet accommodation to all floors together with showers on the Lower Ground Floor, with cycle store. Ground floor consists of a Retail space (Coffee shop) and a shared workspace for visitors as well as a separate entrance for access to the basement cycle store.
